Nordic style cozy apartment in centre

The location is perfect! If you know Kalamaja, you know how close you are to everything. It's a quiet neighbourhood and even though the apartment is on a high-first floor, there are no street sounds or anything that would bother you. Overall really liked the apartment, it's very stylish, very modern as you can see in the pictures. Has everything you might need, even a hair conditioner (one less thing for you to pack!), ironing board and even an umbrella! If you're not a morning person, the heated floors in the bathroom will brighten up your day - they're so nice! :D

It's not something that would affect our want to stay here again, but with some things the apartment feels left... on it's own. Like when someone, who has put their heart and soul in designing every little detail - as if this person hasn't been in the apartment themselves for a long time, and the only person, who visits is the cleaning staff. That was the only explanation I could find for the things that were off and just did not fit in in the otherwise perfectly maintained place. In the shower the basket for all shower "equipment" is on the floor and not attached to the wall for more comfortable use. When you're in the shower you end up using a lot more water than you'd want to because the little thingy you need to open/close the shower tap - it's broken and therefore impossible to open and close it when you're standing there with foamy hands. There were only 2 towels for the each of us. No towel for just hands and no towel (except a roll of paper towels) in the kitchen. Some of tablewear had little stains, like cups had the marks that tea leaves and that you have to put more effort in to wash off. You could see water stains on the glasses when they're not properly polished after washing. And the sponge in the sink looked veeery used, so it's not like you want to touch it to clean the cups yourself. You can't really use the closet that's in front of the entrance for your jackets or other staff because it's filled with cleaning brooms, ironing board, vacuum etc. It's not really a place where you want to put any of your things, and with that - there are not many other places in the apartment to put them (besides the closet in the bedroom, but that one is comfortable to access only one-by-one because not a lot of space between the bed and closet). You will enjoy your stay and overall it WAS great!

Tutto perfetto, i dettagli evidenziano un’attenzione all’ospite che in poche strutture abbiamo trovato. L appartamento poi si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Perfetto.

We had a problem with the water heating system, but it was resolved very fast.

Вода из душа постоянно вытекала на пол, и приходилось убирать её после каждого использования. В ванной стоял неприятный запах канализации. Освещение в основной комнате очень тусклое, из-за чего там было некомфортно находиться. Подушки оказались слишком плоскими и неудобными. На кухне нож был абсолютно тупым и непригодным для использования. Жалюзи были сломанными, а большие комнатные растения на подоконнике мешали закрыть их полностью.
