We had a problem with the water heating system, but it was resolved very fast.

Спокойный район, хорошая шумоизоляция, вся техника работала, кровать очень удобная и мягкая. Просмотр телевизова удобен из любой точки( у стола, на диване и лежа в кровати). Посуда и белье чистое Все очень понравилось

Очень удачное месторасположение — близко к Старому городу, и красивый современный дизайн квартиры.
Вода из душа постоянно вытекала на пол, и приходилось убирать её после каждого использования. В ванной стоял неприятный запах канализации. Освещение в основной комнате очень тусклое, из-за чего там было некомфортно находиться. Подушки оказались слишком плоскими и неудобными. На кухне нож был абсолютно тупым и непригодным для использования. Жалюзи были сломанными, а большие комнатные растения на подоконнике мешали закрыть их полностью.
