Recently remodeled and refurnished in November 2018, this bright and cozy Art Deco studio offers quality furniture and a clean, stylish design. It comfortably accommodates 2 adults and can also host 1 child with an extra air mattress upon request.

Instant booking is available, and our rates are updated daily based on season and length of stay. A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. 1. There are families living in the building. We hope you understand that noise is a concern for them, especially after 11 pm.
2. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be canceled without a refund. This also applies if there are more people coming than expected.
3. If you reserved a parking pass, please send us the plate license number on the day of your arrival.
4. We can provide early check-in before 3 pm or late check-out after 11 am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be applied for the extra time of stay.
5. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
6. We love and welcome animals. However, you must disclose that you are bringing a pet in advance and pay a $100 additional fee.
7. For any issue or complaint, we will try to resolve them within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds.
*** Violation of the house rules will result in cancellation without refund + $400 penalty. ***

I had a great stay, location was perfect as I was attending a conference at the convention center. Owner communications were excellent. Perfect location to restaurants, coffee shops, gyms. I was never more than a mile away. Bike station right outside the unit was handy as well. Clean and had everything I needed.

Quiet area, but close to shops and restaurants. Right across the street from the Convention Center... easy walking. Clean and the hosts were super available for communication. Would stay again.

Cozy spot. Great location. Close to everything. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Everything worked out great. Would definitely recommend to others.

very small studio okay for one person but barely enough for two. closet and kitchen full of things (like cleaning supplies, baby stroller …) further reducing useful space. danger of keyed lock malfunction may lead to guests getting locked out. neighborhood apparently safe yet somewhat sterile, short walk of 3-4 blocks to 22nd street beach access.
