Liked the Kitchen and Living Room. And the fact the unit had 2 toilets.
3rd Floor was a challenge we had an elderly family member and an 18 month old. Toe kick in kitchen and a transition strip in the kitchen were completely loose and not fastened. looks like the glue failed. They were not nailed. The two glass tables in the living room and kitchen were uninviting with the dining room glass table, having abrupt and hard to see corners. The bathroom shower was in bad shape and very dated with deteriorated window trim, that should not be in any shower. I'm a remodeler here in Colorado and we do bathrooms all the time.

Great patio area overlooking the river. Quiet area convenient to town. Stocked coffee stations.
No trash bags or dishwasher soap.
