4 Mi to Rainbow Lake! Cozy Forest-View Gem w/ Deck

Very roomy perfect for 4 people, it was also close to everything which we loved.

It’s an adorable cabin was the perfect retreat for four days has a doggie door and a fence yard for our fur baby, which was wonderful! Just check the extra cost for animals before you rent other than that place was great. I highly recommend.

I thought the charge for the dog was a little high. I think there should be a deposit and returned if your animal doesn’t do anything as ours is well trained and a service dog so we were OK but an extra 50 a night for the dog seemed a bit much.

#1--The curb appeal needs attention, The gate is old, broken, the fence ect needs a paint job. the Yard needs some attention. Though there is a patio and chairs(steel), there are no cushions and the chairs alone are uncomfortable. the windows are fragile, some coming apart and not able to open for ventilation, there are only 1(master bedroom) that was easily opened. Though there was one in the living room, it wasn't easy to open(didn't open), The pillows need replacement(was glad brought my own). The drapes, pictures are outdated and faded. The bathrooms are very small but doable. This is an older mobile home that has had remodeling and is clean, but needs further attention. Do not attempt to sit or sleep on the bunk bed as even sitting on the lower bunk was uncomfortable as well as very squeaky. The kitchen has all amenities, however the hanging pots and pans that are well used was not attractive. Though the explanation of parking states that it will fit 2 cars easily, it would be an extreme issue just getting both in the driveway as very narrow with 2 trees, and 2 posts. I have a rav 4 and really had to pay attention to both to park . This accommodation is located in a quiet older neighborhood with mostly older single wide mobile homes.
