The cottage was recently updated and adorable. Fresh and clean throughout. There was a fire pit out back and a charcoal grill on the front patio. The 2 screened porches and a peaceful neighborhood made it a pleasure to sit outside. We had a great time just sipping beverages and enjoying the quiet in the evenings.
The 2-3 block distance to the boat launch was too cumbersome for us to roll kyacks down. It would have been much better if the kyacks were stored closer to water. If that is not possible- the kyacks could be stored on a trailer that could more easily be pulled by hand or even by car. That was kind of a bummer for us.

Although it was an older home. It was very clean, quaint, and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. We did not use any of amenities aside from both bedrooms. I did notice that you could easily sleep 5 in house. I would recommend it for larger groups. It's just a stone throw to the Plantation resort.
