The cabin was very well appointed and very clean. The layout was great for being with family but also having some extra space. The grounds were cute and quiet. There was a dog that barked a lot but this didn't bother us at all because we have dogs at home. The people around us were very quiet - you could hardly tell anyone else was around. The location was very convenient to sight seeing, nature, shopping, and highways but it was still very quiet. Very close to the Zoo, Garden of Gods, Pike's Peak, Florissant Fossil Beds and Definitely check out the the family run small business - Florissant Fossil Quarry (to find-your-own-fossils, good for all ages) Everything was fantastic
The mattress, pillows, and bedding in the single bedroom house were not comfortable and should be replaced. That is really my only suggestion and maybe just replacing the bedding and pillows would make a big difference.

Perfect location, cozy main house, and smaller cabin… Fully equipped, clean and relaxing.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable having the studio was wonderful because we had two dogs with us and they were able to be separated at night so they didn’t have an all night play party.
The kitchen could use a little bit more light, especially in the corner, where the microwave and coffee pot is.
