The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, and it leads out to a balcony. There are three bedrooms: two of the rooms each have a double bed and air conditioning, with access to a balcony, while the third room has a single double bed and air conditioning.

The apartment features an open kitchen that comes fully equipped with two hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, two gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
