An amazing place with many surprises as well as some great atmosphere!

Amazing location and family friendly A-frame

We loved the cleanliness of the A-frame. It had everything we needed. It was comfortable. The baby bears were an added plus. Everything worked well. It was close to the attractions yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our family loved it

Lots of amenities or just relax and wind down listening to the sound of the brook

The chalet was very clean , The beds were very comfortable. Good size bathrooms with walk-in showers . Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location on the way to Ober Mountain and the tram. We only stayed 3 nights , wish we stayed longer . Mother bear and 3 cubs passed right by our cabin, Hint: drive up to Ober mountain , pass is good for 2 days , you can use all the amenities up there ( recommend the lift to go way up) then take tram down in town and back up in the evening to pick up car. Saves on parking fees in town.

The Cabin is very spacious. We had 8 people all together and there was enough room for us to go out separate ways after a long day and enjoy a little quiet time.

There was nothing I didn’t like. this Cabin is absolutely beautiful. the windows are all the way up and gives you a Fantastic view.

not very clean. Dog hair everywhere. Pulled back the comforters and a few of the beds had dirt on the sheets. grill had not been cleaned and ashes left in it. Remote for the downstairs TV had issues. Remote for downstairs TV had no batteries in it. Loft TV had no remote. Air conditioning unit in law of leaked water on the floor and there was a towel already there to collect water. A lot of the dishes we used were not clean. We had to wash any dish that we wanted to use before we could use it. it’s obvious that the cleaning staff just hit the high spots and that was it. not sure if the bedding in a couple of the beds was ever washed.

The slope of the driveway was just a little to much some rocks fell down almost hitting the cars below from the bears moving them from above.

We enjoyed the location and how close this property was to so many amenities. The queen beds were very comfortable! The owner was responsive and assisted us with anything we needed!

The driveway was a little scary when it iced over but that’s cabin/mountain living for ya!

Nasty Cabin

The layout of the interior.

The cabin was very dirty. I called the owner and complained about a hair in one of the beds. She sent the service crew back but they didn't do anything. The sheets on all beds were very wrinkled like they had been slept in. The floor under the sofa was littered with dirt and junk food. The smell in the cabin was disgusting. I would not recommend. Needs updating and different cleaning crew. Check in was at 4 and it was after 4 when the cleaning crew left. They do not know how to clean.
