The property welcomed pets, but we didn't bring ours. The kitchen was well equipped although some of the glasses and pots were not clean. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect for our needs.

Everything was excellent, except for all the acorns falling, but that’s only nature, pets enjoyed the place and the outside, had a bear visit 2nd morning, making it exciting, all in all very nice relaxing stay! Love the Mountain View’s, host was excellent, very clean home, loved the layout!

The house is perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It only took about 10 minutes to get to either location. The drive up the mountain was not difficult and the hills are pretty common for the area. We had front wheel drive vehicles and had no issues. The house is exactly as described with plenty of towels provided. The kitchen has plenty of pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. We enjoyed the marshmallows and coffee cakes that were left for us. You will need to bring anything extra in the way of seasoning, oil, or anything else. The description of what is provided is exact. We loved the hot tub, the view was beautiful, the deck and the fenced in backyard was the best and so peaceful. We brought two medium sized dogs and the fenced in backyard was great for them. We loved playing the video game and the billiard table was great. We had a wonderful time and loved the house. I highly recommend.

The home has a lot of potential. The location is perfectly situated in the mountains between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The view was amazing from the large back deck. The wall of windows along the living room and master bedroom were perfect to enjoy the view from inside of the home as well. The home is spacious with a lot of storage space for your personal items. The beds are comfortable. However, it is past due for a deep clean. Everything from eye level and below looked surface area clean. Several areas above eye level had layers of dust/grime, especially over the fire place. The HVAC fan quit working while we were there so the inside temperature got quite warm as the temperature went up. My husband has worked HVAC for over 25 years, so he inspected the unit to see if he could diagnose the problem. He was alarmed at how the unit had been hotwired. He described it in two words. Fire Hazard. Ironically, the battery to the smoke detector was dead so we had to unplug it while we were there. The lower water distributing arm to the dishwasher was missing so most of the dishes don't get clean. That would not have a big deal except I didn't run the dishwasher until the night before we were due to check out. I am not above old school hand-washing. However, hand washing a ton of dishes that didn't get clean the morning we are checking out made it more of an inconvenience. We still enjoyed ourselves and the location and view were beautiful as promised.
