It had everything l needed in it for our stay. Contact prior and during stay was very efficient.

There was a strange smell from one of the blankets we used, one of the sheets were dirty, one of the bed mattresses was quite uncomfortable and it was difficult to move around the very small kitchen.

Mieszkanie przyjemne . Położone w czystej, spokojnej , dobrze skomunikowanej dzielnicy. Przystanek autobusowy niemalże przy bramie budynku. W mieszkaniu jest pralka, zmywarka i wszystkie potrzebne urządzenie kuchenne

Jedynym mankamentem było to że nie było gąbki żeby przetrzeć zlewozmywak i stół podczas mieszkania. Piszę to tylko dlatego żeby przyszli mieszkańcy nie mieli problemu bo trochę ciężko ręką myć zlewozmywak 😅

Completamente equipada para la estadía, no le faltaba absolutamente nada.

De la propiedad, todo perfecto. Pero la vecina es muy molesta, está con la TV prendida a todo volumen hasta no menos de las 3 o 4 de la madrugada. Con unos tapones para oídos se soluciona, pero es molesta, debe estar sorda/sordo. Le dijimos al dueño del departamento y nos respondió que iba a hablar con el l consorcio para que le avise al ese/esa inquilino.

The only good thing is the location- near bus stop and tram. 20 min. to Duomo. Have supermarkets near.

- The bathroom is very TINY! keep this in mind. Shower was blocked, and no water was coming from it. The balcony IS IN THE BATHROOM. Very SMALL, no chairs, some other stuff. - Two beds, guy just wanted to use old and a lot of necessary furniture in a tiny space. Invest in good sofa, and furniture thats not from grama’ s house. -Due to unpredicted circumstances , we did not have water. Had to use all our water to wash and drink. We WERE NOTIFIED preliminary , but it would have been nice to offer / load water by the host. We understand that its not his fault, but still. -There were cockroaches ! - Poor insulation of the windows, even tho it had shades. - loud TV of neighbors, good luck resting. Goes up to 3-4 AM. - The access is very weird. You need to unlock the front door with an app and the knob of the apartment with number combination. Absolutely dependent of a phone and internet. Good luck if you are two guests or don’t have internet or a smartphone! Asked for assistance if there is another way - it was denied. Small elevator. Literally one person only. - Loud street noise.
