Excellent locale, beach front with perfect access and very safe since it is within a gated community neighborhood. It is a quiet and relaxing vacation place. Phillip is an excellent host and easy and available to comminicate with.
The place is old and showing it's age and needs to be remodelled and cleaned up. It is further out from all town activities.

Very close to the beach, the view was great. The pool was great and everything about the resort was beautiful. We are excited to book next year.
