Pinnacle Port is a gated community with 24/7 security. Unit A--318 is a townhouse style condo with the bedroom on the entrance floor and the kitchen, dining room, and den on the upper floor. It is a one bedroom and one and a half bath condo with a king size bed, queen sofa sleeper, and a pull out single chair bed. There are 13 stairs from the bedroom to the kitchen area. The full bath is in the bedroom. The half bath (2 sinks and toilet) are upstairs.
It is off the beaten path yet only minutes away from all of the attractions of scenic Highway 30A. Take a drive down 30A and see the quaint beaches of Rosemary, Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton, and Santa Rosa. Keep driving west and you'll run into Sand Destin--home of the Silver Sands Outlets. Destin is just a little farther down the road and boast of many fine restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The new Pier Park is only 8 miles away from Pinnacle Port off of HWY 98. We love coming to Pinnacle Port and trying out different condos, however, this condo listing is listed as 2 bathrooms when really it should be 1.5 bath. Only one shower in master. Double sink bathroom does not have shower. This condo needs a very deep clean in all areas and not sure if the carpet on the stairs is holding a smell or if the air unit is. We had to change the air filter and open vents that were closed off as it was not cooling well at first until we opened them and changed the filter. Woke up with headaches daily. Major upgrades needed. Otherwise, location, communication, storage and amenities were great.
