Felt very safe and everything was about 10-15 minutes away!
The tv would buffer or stop and the one of the guest beds was really hard.

Great location in Ft Lauderdale; midway between beach and I-95. We really liked the pool, it was very clean and had a perfect design with a shallower areas and whirlpool section. The kitchen was very well equipped with many items. There were coffee, tea, and many other items available. Shampoo, soap, etch was available in the bathrooms. The house had a lot of space and the kids liked the large TV set as well. It was a surprisingly quiet neighborhood (hardly plane noise). There is a school at the next block, so there is some school bus traffic on weekdays. The owners (including the dog and kids) were very friendly. Parking space next to the front door.
Minor item: the AC was a little noisy.
