The location was excellent. It said in the check in instructions that it didn't have AC. Thank goodness that was incorrect! It was unusually hot and the AC worked great. The furniture was very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom was really nice and the towels were good quality.
The shampoo and body wash containers in the showers were either empty or not enough to last the weekend. That is the only problem we could find.

Location was great, nice and homey. A lot of decorations throughout.
The decorations made it to where you didn’t have room for our stuff, but they were very cute!
Floor was a little dirty but it is a beach house.
2 kitchen size trash cans but only 1 bag for each.
Bed was comfortable but sounded like you were sleeping on cardboard.

Very spacious
I like it had washer & dryer hose needed it to wash towels
Lock to front door was VERY difficult
No lock to back door so anyone can come in - didn’t like that
Owners definitely need to redo all door handles and locks -
Bunk bed is held up by duct tape
It is very spacious but definitely needs a lot of fixing areas
Floors are VERY dirty
Our feet & socks were black!
Definitely don’t feel $1600 for 2 night seas worth it.overpriced but it’s going rate in Catalina for a 3 bedroom house
