About this apartment rental
We own two separate units in the Bahia Vista complex, and we made the decision to offer them as a package-- and with the use of two complimentary golf carts -- for larger groups or families. Both units have Exceptional Views from each of the four patio-balconies.
Each Unit has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, and both units are in the same building-- one unit (B37) on the 3rd and 4th levels, and the other unit (B45) on the 5th and 6th levels ...virtually right above. Complimentary Golf Carts included (No refunds for golf cart break downs prior to booking or after arrival i.e. flat tires, out of gas, engine or brake problems. We will make every effort to have golf cart working properly.).
Yes, this is a vacation, and the 'Island' awaits, Golfing, zip lining, scuba diving, fishing, hiking, para-sailing, miniature golfing, glass-bottom boat rides, dinner cruises, shopping, fine restaurants, and so much more.
NOTE; Spa will be heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day, AND every weekend thereafter.
NOTE: There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends due to the high volume of inquiries. We appreciate your understanding!

Altogether it was a good experience. Check in went fairly well except the code on one of the condos didn't work. the condos were clean, but each bathroom only had one hand towel and one washcloth, and there were no extra towels. The dispensers in the shower were empty and not labeled. The bathroom with 2 sinks had one soap dispenser. There was a missing light bulb and and upside down clock that didn't work. Had these These little things been addressed it would have made the experience much better. Maybe a more thorough walk through before guests arrive would be helpful

My family of 10 enjoyed our stay. We got our exercise going up and down the stairs from 1 unit to the other rather than waiting for the elevator. For the most part the 2 units were well stocked. Just small things like only 1 teaspoon and 1 dish towel. We needed to contact the housekeeper for beach towels, but they were delivered in a short time. We mostly walked places because of the great location and used the golf carts for exploring and grocery shopping. I would recommend this rental for large groups.

Great location with everything you need. Having the two golf carts were a godsend sine rental carts are $60/hour. Kim and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! Great property.

These two properties were nice but nothing what we expected. Multiple light switches didn’t work, microwave handle came off, sliding screen doors coming off the tracks, old food in oven, towel bars hanging off wall, etc. they also need a new cleaning crew. Dusty, floors needed to be swept, rugs needed to be vacuumed and kitchen appliances needed a good scrub. The golf cart had duct tape holding a headlight on. Was not impressed for the amount of money we paid for this listing.
