Nos surpreendeu, o apto é muito melhor do que nas fotos, tudo limpinho sem cheiro de mofo, organizado, espaçoso, cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários. O proprietário Kráusner foi atencioso e muito prestativo, assim como o zelador do prédio e sua esposa também. Localização perfeita próximo a praia do tenório, supermercados, padarias e ótimos restaurantes!
