The 5 bedroom condo was great for a 9 person multigenerational family. Three bathrooms was a real asset. Proximity to Camelback Waterpark was wonderful for grandkids ages 11, 5 and 3. We went twice. Community pool is new and beautiful. We all loved the condo’s hot tub and the sauna. If you’re a shopper the Poconos premium outlet is terrific for anything one needs. Great outdoor mall. We did have two issues. The unit was not cleaned when we arrived. John (owner) made sure a crew was there in 90 minutes flat. He made an adjustment for this. We also had a troublesome issue with water in the basement. We had two unconnected days with heavy rain and water back up seeped through basement tiles. It made portions of the area rugs wet and I repeatedly had to mop up with paper towels. John came to the property to open the drain after the first episode but we checked out with mustiness still present. Overall it was a great week with family. The two hiccups were our main disappointments.

My family enjoyed a long weekend here in June and the place was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, great outside deck, and the access to the pool was perfect for the teenagers. John was very easy to work with, accommodating and responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend this place based on location & size!
