First Fl in Victorian 2-family. Your home away from home. This apartment features 1 large bedroom with queen bed and a cozy 2nd bedroom with queen sleeper. Take a nap on the couch while watching television on the smart TV with YouTube TV & Roku. The dining room seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steel cookware, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and the usual small appliances. The laundry area features full size washer and dryer.
Rosemont is a quiet neighborhood with people of all ages, runners, walkers, and cyclists. Tree lined streets and gardens abound. It is also close to town, hospitals, universities, major transportation, and highways. 2 bus lines are a few blocks away. Evergreen cemetery, modeled on Mount Auburn Cemetery, and Baxter woods are a short block away. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a small grocery nearby too.

We were delighted to stay in a comfortable one story flat with good appliances a lovely mamanger, and a beautiful neighborhood. Everything went smoothly and we will return next year!

I enjoyed my stay at 400 Woodford Street. The house was clean and well maintained. Parking was very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a short walk to Rosemont Market which I liked very much. The only thing I could suggest is adding a small outdoor space for guests so they can enjoy the wonderful weather in Portland.

Location is close to everything in Portland and S. Portland. All the convenience of home, everything that I needed for my 30 day stay. 5 stars + Thank you so much.
