About this apartment rental

Weekends are 2 night minimum. Beautiful spacious place located 9 minutes from downtown Portland. The property is a restored 120 year old American foursquare. Loaded with charm and very cozy. Your VRBO is apartment1 on the first floor. It consists of Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Roku smart TV and complimentary coffee in kitchen. Towels and toiletries in bathroom along with clean linens for bedrooms. Quiet hours after 11pm. The bathroom is off the small bedroom and the couch is very comfy for one person to sleep. Weekends are two night minimum.

Everything was just as described, neat & orderly. Kitchen had basic necessities in terms of cooking. The house ran a little cold so I turned up the heat and probably forgot to turn it down. Also there was a little heater in the single room that was quite efficient. There was parking on the street which was fine and enough for two or three cars. Communication prior to arrival with the owner was fine. There was kind of a big glitch on the first night. A door that was supposed to be open was locked and it was after 11:00 at night and it was kind of chilly. Being locked out wasn't cool. But when I was unable to get in touch with the property owner after an hour I finally got some results from VRBO.All in all it was a nice place in a nice neighborhood and I would definitely stay there again especially as how I feel that the issue with the lock was a one-time mistake that would probably never happen again. Actually I would highly recommended.

Kitchen was equipped with the basics. Very comfortable beds and couch. Super clean bathroom Would def stay again.
