About this apartment rental

Roof top casita studio. Enjoy the palapa on top of the house for ocean gazing, or the beautiful sunsets. Ocean view from your bed in the casita. Bathroom & Shower with H & C water. Kitchen fully stocked with microwave, toaster oven, Fridge, induction cooktop.... Queen size bed. Ideal for 1-2 people. Pool access. Casita access is via the spiral staircase on the exterior of the house. The main home is private, however access to the casita is through the front gate from the street (man door), through the bodega, and up the spiral staircase. You have your own keys. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ. Pool and BBQ are shared with the home owners. The home has beautiful sunset views, or whale watching during the day from the roof top palapa. Just 3 short blocks to the beach. Laundry around the corner. The bus stop is 1 block away. Hospital located at the end of the street. Hang out by the pool and watch the humming birds. Enjoy the banana , coffee , lime trees. Chairs and towels provided. Beach chairs and umbrella provided.

A wonderful private and quiet place, very friendly and helpful hosts/owner, a really nice pool, great views and comfortable accommodation. Also, great location with easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. We both loved it and can recommend this place highly :-).

The property was exactly as advertised. Hosts are thoughtful, lovely people - very considerate of space and privacy. We really enjoyed the pool and the upstairs patio. Thanks!

We stayed on spring break from March 10th to March 25th and had a great time. The property is very nice, great views from the casita and palapa. We were taking in the sun every day by the beautiful pool. We took refreshing dips in the pool every day. The property is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The owners are very nice and very accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about the area if you need any help.
