Beautiful Apartment In Bucerias. 7 minute walk to Beach only 3 blocks, easy access to shopping Chedraui, Mega, Farmacias and other Restaurants, Swimming Pool, Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Patio off and BBQ Grill, terrace and nice yard.
The place
The house consists of three completely independent apartments, located in the golden zone of bucerias, you can enjoy the common areas, make a BBQ on the grill, relax in the garden, read a book on the terrace or swim in the pool with water warm, the house is very safe and illuminated, have the confidence that you will be in good hands and spend an incredible time here
All rooms have air conditioning, kitchen with everything you need, microwave, cable TV plus internet, the pool always has warm water, and has a garden and sunbeds, BBQ grill
I am always available for any matter, via cell phone or email, I like to give privacy and Respect the Guest space but if necessary we see each other in person
Strolling through its streets, admiring the local culture, enjoying beautiful sunsets and cooling down by the sea are just some of the experiences you can experience; added to it, the proximity to Puerto Vallarta, place with great tourist and commercial development, is an ideal complement that makes this place a place where your expectations will come true.

The pictures dont do the property justice. Its a lovely condo, with beautiful garden, and pool. Its a hot walk up from the beach, but kept us in shape. Loads of kitchen supplies, and close to grocery store. Lots of good restaurants in epwalkinv distance.

GREAT communication with property manager. Excellent location for access to beach, walks, shopping and restaurants all in a very quiet neighbourhood.
