COVID-19: In light of COVID-19, we have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting regime even more. Among other measures, we are airing out for a few hours, and items that are touched frequently (such as door knobs, faucet handles and cabinets) are thoroughly disinfected.
1,000 sq ft of cozy cottage; private, easily accessible to those with some mobility issues (all on one level; no steps on the property anywhere), kid friendly and conveniently located! 20% Weekly discount and 49% Monthly discount!
If you prefer a relaxing day at home, the house offers an open plan, where you can read, watch TV and/or a movie, play board games or just visit. When the weather is nice (most of the time in this area of North Carolina) you can enjoy the outdoor seating or take your meals at the picnic table.
The space is open plan, light and bright, welcoming and friendly. It sleeps 6 very comfortably (we allow up to 8). There is seating, dish- and flatware enough for everyone!

We stop here as our halfway stop between ME and FL (and back). Lots of nice extras like dog bones and extra plugs to chatge everything. Higy recommend Yard is perfect for tge digs

We stayed at the property during a long distance move and it was absolutely perfect! Irene was very attentive and made sure any questions were answered very quickly. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return.Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Cottage was clean and supplied with everything that we needed for an overnight stay. The host was so thoughtful that she left a dog treat for our pup waiting for her on the table. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling!😊
