I love the general security of the building. Clean, spacious apartment. Great living room, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and one nice, big shower! Fans for cooling in every room NO bugs. Not even ants! Shower got hot instantly.
Tv's speakers were trashed. Any kind of bass in any show or movie produced an awful sound. I assume a previous tenant blasted the TV so they could hear it from far away (it's large but quite far from the couch) A/C was a weak. Cooling the apartment took quite some time. The shower drain was slow to drain. Not really an issue, but a spare blanket on the couch would be great for movie nights. :)
