Ideal for holidaymakers in the Hanover region or trade fair guests at one of the popular trade fairs in Hanover.
The apartment (approx. 105 sqm) extends over two floors with a gallery and a large roof terrace.
It is located on the upper floor and the attic.
There are two spacious bedrooms available, each with 2 beds.
The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub, and there is another shower toilet.
The kitchen is very spacious with an adjoining dining room.
In the floor plans, it is apartment no. 3, with one of the rooms acting as a storage room and not part of it.
The apartment is likely to be bookable from May 2020 (currently being renovated).

This is an outstanding house to stay at. It has way more amenities then we needed for our 2 night stay but the super clean and modern interior was very pleasant and the reception of Elizabeth was warm and welcoming. Top rating!

Excellent Property and host. A short Drive to Hannover and located in a quite village. Rental was very spacious, updated and clean.

Definitiv unser neuer Standort für weitere Familienreisen nach Hannover und Umgebung. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete, perfekt ausgestattete, blitzsaubere und komfortable Wohnung in angenehmer und ruhiger Umgebung - wir kommen ganz sicher und sehr gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich, hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche ganz neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
