Beautiful home in quiet, nice neighborhood. Great kitchen area for multiple people prepping meals or to-go lunches. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and do their own activity. We enjoyed movie night and meals together. Our group (2 couples and 2 individuals) all had their own bedroom. (We would have liked room darkening window coverings so we could sleep in. The bright sunlight woke most of us up around 5:30 am everyday.)We highly recommend this home. It is beautiful and met all our accommodation needs. Property management is very responsive.

check in/neighborhood is nice, very close homes with practically no yards. When we walked in we noticed an odor throughout the house, kind of like a wet dog smell. There was no such wifi listed with the name we were given. I contacted PM, they told us we could reset it in the basement. Thankfully we had a techie person with us. He was able to reset it and find the proper password so that it could be used. I was told the "last people" did something with it that messed it up.
The main TV didn't work for streaming, couldn't connect to internet. Throughout the stay we were finding just little things, lots of lightbulbs burned out, baseboards loose or leaning in the walls, auto trash can lid doesn't work so you basically have to leave it open, micro turntable doesn't work so it doesn't heat quick or evenly. It is not very kept up, lots of areas need small repairs, the deck is disconcerting because it sags, a lot. There is one bath towel per person, a couple small towels and thats it. On the 2nd day, I looked under the kitchen sink to get a dish tab and there was an overflowing bucket of sludgy water that we realized was part of the smell. My husband emptied that because we weren't interested in repairs while we were there. It was a very slow leak so that tells me it hadn't been emptied in a very long time. I have stayed at a number of short term rentals and this is the worst maintained one, feels very much like give us your money and we dont care about your comfort.
