Our favorite part was the deck. And watching the neighborhood bats come out at dusk. There is also a nice park/trail within walking distance.

We enjoyed the farmhouse and all of its amenities. It was close to everything, making it easy to adventure to different parts of the Rockies. We particularly appreciated its proximity to the range, because it led us on drives along the base whenever we’d leave with a map. Margo was an excellent host, always communicating with us and keeping us in the loop. If I sent a message, she always responded quickly. Her kindness was unmatched. We would definitely use this property again if we were visiting the same part of CO! As an added bonus, a very quiet - and irregular - train comes by. But our kids were able to catch the attention of the conductor who did blow his whistle for them. For our family, this just added to the charm of it feeling like we were countryside!

We enjoyed our stay at this house in the Denver/Boulder area. First, it is very accessible (Breckenridge 1:45 minutes away, Boulder :20 minutes, Denver :40, Golden :20). Second, it felt secluded and quiet. Third, the house was very nice and quite affordable for the size of the property. Finally, our hosts Margot and Tim were very accommodating, helpful and nice. They wanted to make sure we felt invited and followed up to see if we needed anything a couple of times. Overall, we fell like we found a hidden gem and for the cost, this was a property worth saving for future visits.

Nice home with all the amenities you could ask for or need. Host was super helpful when we needed an extra pillow case. Overall, great home, stay and host. Would love to stay here next year on our trip but cant since we're bringing our 2 doggies. Everyone is disappointed (except the dogs maybe ).

The location of the property is great! We felt like we had no neighbors and we were close to everything we needed to be close to. The amount of bathroom space is also unbeatable! The owners were extremely responsive and great to work with! We would definitely be happy to visit again when we return to Colorado!

We loved our stay! This house is perfect for families traveling with kids. Games, stuffed animals, pack n plays, light blocking curtains, fans, sound machines…. Even a pantry stocked with fruit snacks and granola bars. Would definitely come back the future

This house is hands down the best place we have stayed at with any house rental sight. The most important part is the property listing & pictures are EXACTLY like they say in real life. The house and yard are spacious and would be perfect for large families/groups. The location is great, with plenty of options in the neighboring towns of Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville to explore, shop, and eat. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back again!

We came to see snow and boy did Colorado deliver! We had a wonderful time! Margo’s place was a dream. Sparkling clean and comfortable! We wanted to be close to the mountains but not have to drive them in case of wintery conditions. Such a perfect location , just a short ride to Pearl Street, Flatirons and Denver and just minutes to restaurants and stores. We loved having the big yard to play in the snow. The house had everything you could need and more, cute little notes everywhere to help, such a nice spacious place to stay. Margo and Tim are dream owners, great communication and just a call away. I would absolutely recommend their place and would stay again if the opportunity arises!

From the initial booking to check out Margo was responsive, accommodating and professional. The home, while unassuming on the exterior was beautifully updated throughout. It was a perfect set up for a large group, with multiple bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, comfortable mattresses/pillows and hi-end bedding. Even cozy hotel slippers were provided. We loved the open living space where the family could gather in the living room and kitchen. The bathrooms were well designed with modern, functional, quality materials and appliances. Gorgeous kitchen set up with everything needed. Thoughtful touches like the basket filled with the makings for s'mores (chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers) were a pleasant surprise. If it hasn't been so chilly, we would have enjoyed the ample outdoor set up with plenty of chairs and tables for outdoor gatherings. It was centrally located close to Boulder and not far from Denver. I highly recommend this lovely home.

This is a big, beautiful very clean home we loved and very much enjoyed, the beds are comfy, house is very well organized, we had everything we needed, just brought our food, we were there for a wedding and had dinner at the house, it has an outside fire table and plenty of seating and our host was very accommodating and answered all text this was a great find thanks again

We have an annual reunion in a VRBO somewhere new. This property was ultra clean and comfortable. It was right near a main road in Boulder County, and so it was easy for us to access the sights. Yes, we heard the trains go by, but they go by pretty fast, and we were not irritated. The owner was very nice and communicative. Highly recommended.

We were in town for our son's wedding and needed a place close to Boulder that we could stay in for a full week. There were nine of us staying and we all loved this place! It's super clean, comfortable and has many special touches! We did quite a bit of cooking and there were spices to use along with all the cookware needed. The owners have quite a bit of outdoor seating that is set up nicely, even with a fire pit! There is also plenty of parking and it felt more private being on an acre of land. There is a train that comes by right behind the property but it didn't bother any of us...it was actually pretty cool! The owners are fabulous! We were happy to get to meet them one afternoon. We highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay there again!
