Loved how centrally located the house is, and how easy it is to bike wherever you may want to go on the island. The sun room was so nice and relaxing! We hope to be back again!

The house was great and I really appreciate that it was pet friendly! Very clean and well furnished! The fenced in back yard after a little cleaning up was amazing and the dogs really enjoyed it!

This house is an excellent location, with a wonderful back yard full of fruit trees and a comfortably cool spacious back porch. Having a place for the dogs to run around outside was wonderful and we all LOVED the air-conditioned back porch. The house is dirty to the core. The rugs are filthy and there is little done between renters. There were cobwebs and dust and layers of use throughout the house. I washed a bathroom rug that was so filthy that it was unrecognizable afterwards. The pots/pans were mostly rusty or worn out after decades of use. The homeowner has pared things down to the most utilitarian possible so the place is somewhat sparse but it is mostly usable. I would stay here again if I was confident the cleaning procedures were improved. The porch, backyard and location made it a good choice if you take your own cleaning materials and wash everything upon arrival.
