La automatización fue una sorpresa muy sencilla y cómoda para poder entrar tanto en el edificio como en el apartamento en si. El espacio, aunque limitiado, es tal cual las imágenes. Todo está correctamente colocado y provechoso.
El lavabo no tiene ninguna salida de aire más que la puerta en si. El ambientado llevaba mucho tiempo puesto al llegar y hacía excesivo olor.

La ubicación es muy buena. El departamento está muy equipado y bien decorado.
El baño no tiene mucha intimidad y el olor de las tuberías se siente bastante en algunos momentos por más que intentamos varias estrategias para neutralizarlo.
