Seaside Charco

Perfect location far away from the touristic crowd, near good restaurants with a local vibe. There's a free parking lot behind the neighbourhood. The owners were responsive and available.

The bed and the pillows weren't that comfortable unfortunately.

Die Lage war (fast) so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. und 2 - wenn auch kleine - Balkons, einer mit Blick auf die Stadt und frühmorgens auf den derzeit wie selten eingeschneiten Teide, de andere auf den großen Parkplatzde Stadst (achso - und dahinter auch auf das Meer! ;-) ) Mit Auto abstellen ist man am Apartment sehr eingeschränkt, aber auf o.g. Parkplatz findet man fast immer was, wenn auch teils 10min. Fußweg. In das Zentrum von Puerto ist man sehr gut zu Fuß unterwegs, keine 10 min. Fußweg durch die Gassen mit ihren zahlreichen Gasthäusern.

Die Balkons sind wie schon erwähnt etwas klein, aber ist halt so. So passen zwar 2 Stühle drauf, aber kein Tisch, der zum Essen auf dem Balkon geeignet wäre. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war ok und für Touristen-Vermietung ok, etwas persönlicher hätte uns vielleicht besser gefallen. Aber naja, sonst alles prima

Good location, clean, and comfortable. Budget-friendly.

The checking, codes, and all that mobile stuff were too complicated and not friendly. Door locks have not always worked. A simple box with a key would be way better than the mobile instructions and electronic lock that did not always work.
