Make yourself at home in this luxury split-level condo set in the heart of River Run Village, just steps from the village, a short walk to the high-speed gondola and the Keystone Lake Ice Rink, and surrounded by excellent dining and shopping. Offering approximately 1,700 square feet of living space, this spacious home features all three bedrooms located upstairs, providing privacy and a comfortable layout for families and groups.

Bike paths and mountain bike trails honeycomb the property, while the beautiful Snake River runs through the complex’s backyard. Spend afternoons window-shopping in the village after a day of skiing and snowboarding at Keystone Resort, all within easy walking distance. Just a short drive away is the Keystone Nordic Center, ideal for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area is also nearby for even more alpine adventure. When you return home, head to the heated garage to use the ski storage cage and boot warmers, then unwind in the shared hot tub overlooking the river for a perfect sunset soak with stunning views.

This nicely decorated condo features a generous two-level floor plan. Enjoy the large private balcony off the living room, complete with village views, a private propane grill, and outdoor dining space—perfect for cookouts and relaxing après-ski evenings. Inside, the expansive living room offers a cozy gas fireplace and a new TV with DVD player. The chef will feel right at home in the beautifully appointed kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a breakfast bar with seating.

The separate dining room comfortably seats eight guests, with additional seating for three at the bar, making it ideal for family meals and entertaining. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the home.

All bedrooms feature new bedding and their own TVs, and younger guests will love the room with brand-new bunk beds. The primary bathroom offers double sinks and a large walk-in steam shower. We have done a ski vacation with a mix of family and friends for the last several years and this condo was the absolute best home base we've ever had. 5 minute walk from Keystone village and the River Run base area, which was ideal. Heated garage had ski lockers to store skis and a spacious boot changing area with boot dryers/heaters where you could leave your boots (not every ski condo has this, and it's essential!) Parking onsite, though we barely used the car since almost everything we needed was a short walk away (skiing, restaurants, convenience store, playgrounds and skating rink). The condo itself was very comfortable and well laid out for our group of 4 adults and one child (three bedrooms upstairs, large living room/kitchen/dining room downstairs). Kitchen had pretty much anything you could need. In terms of communication with host, we only had to ask one question about laundry soap and it was answered immediately via text. We hope to return here in future years!

Beautiful building and unit with just a short walk to River Run. Heated garage parking was great, but vehicle needs to fit in the space. The 2nd space is outside. Unit lists 3.5 bathrooms, however the Queen room only has attached powder room so needs to share full bath in hall. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay! This condo is at the heart of River Run Village. Walking distance to all the things we wanted to do and near the base of the mountain. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has a fully stocked kitchen with an ice maker+. The views are beautiful, the living space was comfortable and the location is perfect. It is located right next to Keystone Resort and access to all the amenities; there are several rental shops for any gear and lift passes. We were steps away from the bus system that was an easy ride to neighboring towns (Dillion, Breckenridge & Copper Mountain). A favorite stop was Haywood Café, excellent food, friendly service and local hospitality. The Snake River was also a welcoming place for food, socializing and evening entertainment. We are already planning to book again for a summer visit to check out golf and the amphitheater.
