Top bunk bed can be a little warm due to central building heating

Very well-equipped apartment with proper bedroom plus curtained alcove with bunk beds - worked well for our family. Dishwasher and washing machine included. South-facing balcony with decent mountain views. Free covered parking. Clear arrival instructions. Owner provided portable boot dryer while the fixed installation wasn't ready (owner said it was planned). Very good location in Les Villards. Short walk to slopes/parking was manageable with luggage.
No dedicated ski storage room or boot driers (although, as I understood, typical for resorts in this area). Parking has 1.8m height limit (couldn't use our roof box). Mattress protectors had some minor stains and some hair (owner assured it was sanitized, but still affects perception). Only large towels provided. WiFi was spotty sometimes. Required €1,000 damage deposit via bank transfer before arrival (unusual compared to our other bookings).
Responses from owner sometimes felt a bit lengthy and defensive when concerns were raised.
Most concerningly: Before checkout, owner requested we either give 10/10 or not review at all, offering 17% discount on future bookings for maintaining his rating average. This felt like manipulation of the review system.
Based on other reviews, this appears to be a pattern, so probably take 10/10 reviews here with a grain of salt.
UPDATE: After posting the above review (with the overall score of 9), the owner sent me a WhatsApp message calling my feedback "a series of unfounded claims," my requests "inappropriate," and stating he won't "facilitate access to my property for guests who evaluate it unfairly." - see the attached screenshot with the full message.
I find this unacceptable. It makes the overall experience worse, so I'm lowering the overall score to 7.
