About this apartment rental
Possibility to be flexible in terms of dates on request to the owner. Reservations are set up from Saturday to Saturday.
At the foot: you can access it without removing the skis! 50 meters from the ski lifts and the ski school.

first level: living dining room with pull-out bed, kitchen, bathroom and separate wc.
second level: 1 landing with sofa bed, 2 closed bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room and wc:
so that everyone is ready in the morning and can relax in the evening!
A sunny balcony from noon to the end of the afternoon to smoke in a deckchair, have a drink or simply admire the landscape!
tourist tax: 1.10 euros per day, per adult over 18
DEPOSIT: 800 euros by check (not banked) or bank transfer. Security deposit returned at the end of the stay.

-household 95 euros (compulsory if more than 6 adults)
-Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases: kit for 1 person 16.00 euros; kit 2 people (maxi2) 24.00 euros.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location right on the ski slopes with a spacious living room and well appointed kitchen. The views from the living room are amazing. Bedrooms had plenty of storage for the four of us. Beatrice was on hand to give us the keys and Phillippe was contactable by email if needed. Altogether recommended.

Very roomy. Only three of us staying but often 7 around dining table and seating. Great location central to town and ski lifts

L'immeuble est à 10 mètres du départ de 2 remontées mécaniques d'Arc 1800.
L'accès pour le ski et les commerces est proche et pratique.
L'appartement dispose d'un volume jour lumineux et vaste avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée.
Le propriétaire s'est montré très réactif et disponible pour de petits problèmes rencontrés

The property is in one of the apartment blocks in the centre of Arc1800. As with Arc1650, Arc2000 etc., the "village" comprises of a purpose built centre of supermarket, food and ski shops, restaurants etc. surrounded by apartments. So It's very convenient for shopping, eating and socialising, and it's ski-in ski-out (well walk-out as it's at the bottom of the slope, but it's less than 50 yards to the ski lifts).
It was a nice apartment to stay in: it is in good condition and the appliances work, although there are no bath plugs so a bath wasn't possible. The owner was quick to reply to emails and was easy to do business with.
The big gripe though is that THIS IS NOT A 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT. The third bedroom is an open space at the top of the stairs through which everyone must pass to get to the other bedrooms. It has a folding sofa bed and whoever sleeps there has no privacy. As it happened it was ok for our party, but it wouldn't suit everyone, and I think everyone should know the score before they book.
