The unit is roughly on the 6th floor facing the street so you are above the street and trees with a beautiful view of Hyde Park. It is across the street from a train station and two blocks from a grocery store. The place was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and nice linen. The kitchen/living/dining area is perfect for families. The kitchen is spacious although very limited utensils/pots/pans/etc... The AC was not working well when we were there although I believe it just needed basic maintenance which we alerted the Owner. The second bathroom did not have any privacy to the office building next door therefore that is important for the Owners to fix. All in all , I highly recommend this place.
