THE POOL AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE WINTER 2025-2026 SEASON AND SUMMER 2026 FOR RENOVATION.
This studio suite features 400 square feet of living space; one queen and one twin bed; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. More spacious than a hotel room without the Vail hotel price tag! Ski all day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on pool deck.
Breakaway West is Vail's best value! Located 1.5 miles to Vail Village and ski lifts via Vail's free bus system that runs every 20-30 minutes (or a 10-minute walk to Lionshead in street shoes). free WIFI; free uncovered parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

This was a great little simple place to stay , it was convenient to stores and bus stop . There is a great little local pizza bar right across the street ! The place is stocked well enough with dishes to cook meals if you decide to stay in. The only draw back is the stairs and parking …. We made the parking work with a f350 but it was tight ! The stairs are impeccably maintained for ice and snow , just a lot if you are not accustomed to the altitude at first lol ! Would absolutely stay here again all in all

The TOV bus is very close and the stop is on 2 routes, which equals more buses. The property was easy to locate . The parking was limited, but we figured it out.

The condo was very well equipped. The pool and hot tubs were great. The bus stop was right across the street, super easy to get to the Village. Would definitely stay here again.
