This studio suite features 400 square feet of living space; one queen and one twin bed; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. More spacious than a hotel room without the Vail hotel price tag! Ski all day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on pool deck.
Breakaway West is Vail's best value! Located 1.5 miles to Vail Village and ski lifts via Vail's free bus system that runs every 20-30 minutes (or a 10-minute walk to Lionshead in street shoes). ; free WIFI; free uncovered parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Nicely stocked kitchen. Nice hot tub. Good location but website initially listed this saying it was at Cascade.

The place was as described. The guy at Vail Realty was easy going and nice even if the written communications after we paid were abrupt. The place was clean and nice, but didn't even have a salt shaker or sugar in the kitchen. The bed wasn't super comfy as it slopes to the center. The location was great. Pool was clean and warm as were hot tubs. Nothing fancy but quite enjoyable. We LOVED the Whiskey Creek/Evercrisp bike loop, and Eagle Vail golf course. Cheers!

Very poor performance from bathroom exhaust fan. Also very noisy.
Suggestions: Improve pillows which are very cheap. Replace straight shower curtain rod with curved rod - will significantly improve shower experience.

we have stayed a number of times at Breakaway West in Vail colorado. The location is very user friendly, the bus service stop is at the driveway which makes getting in and out of town very easy for skiing or going back into town later in the day. There are two hot tubs a swimming pool which are great. I plan on going back.
