About this house rental
Beautiful luxury ocean front home located in the prestigious Garrafon area, right next to the Punta Sur Ecological park. This modern home contains 4 master bedrooms with amazing unobstructed ocean views.
Casa Buena Vista with over 3000 square feet of living space is ideal for up to 8 guests. Each of the 4 bedrooms were designed to provide our guests with a private and “spa” like experience. All bedrooms are ensuite with large bathrooms with a walk-in shower. 1 ensuite also has a beautiful soaker tub. Each room has a comfortable King size bed, AC, smart TV, Netflix, wifi and motorized blackout curtains.
Both of lower level bedrooms have full size sliding doors that allow you to walk right out of your room into the pool area.
Both 3rd level bedrooms offer full size sliding doors that allow you to walk out onto the adjoining terrace to enjoy breathtaking views of Cancun. You also have access to the large front terrace with stunning Caribbean views. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from the terraces.
If you want to get out of the sun and relax and enjoy a movie the main living room is equipped with an Sony XBR along with Sonos sound system, Netflix & Amazon prime are available with endless movie options.
Enjoy entertaining your guests in our gourmet kitchen and take advantage of the amazing views. Sliding doors open to a beautiful terrace with outdoor dining for 8.
The backyard offers our guests a beautiful private infinity edge pool to relax and cool off. It has a shallow play and lounge area, and a large swimming area. There are 8 lounge chairs to relax and read a book or take in the sunshine. The backyard has a bar area with a gas BBQ, outdoor speakers connected to the Sonos sound system. Outdoor shower and bathroom for easy access for our guests.

The place us beautiful. Attention to detail everywhere. The bedrooms were spacious with excellent bedding. The main living area was beautiful. The views are sweeping. Pool was a perfect temperature and exceptionally clean. There were plenty if extras in the pantry as well as an abundance of towels. Kevin the house manager was always readily available and the house keeper Lisett kept everything magazine ready. Make sure to schedule yourself time to just stay at the house and relax some while visiting the Island. This house sits on the best stretch of the island. I have been to Isla 39 times but the first time in Casa Buena Vista. I would highly recommend. Top notch home.

Dawn’s home on Isla was absolutely spectacular for our blended family of 5, including younger kids and teens. Pre arrival, both Dawn and the house manager were extremely responsive. The property is even better than the pictures depict. The bedrooms are all incredibly relaxing, the pool is divine, the decks and living spaces were relaxing, and the kitchen was fully stocked and perfect. The views - perfection. We will absolutely return again. Dawn recommended a private chef (Monse) who we utilized for eleven meals during our stay. She made it even more perfect of a vacation. The location in Punta Sur is quiet. Highly recommend touring the sculptures and cliff walk. One word of caution: there is construction of a new home next door. We only encountered a disruption for a few hours one day of our five night stay. Definitely ask in advance to determine where they are in the process. The house manager spoke with the crew and asked them to keep things quiet.Overall, both adults and kids felt that this was one of the best vacations we ever had. Day and night we were in awe of the house and the views. Total relaxation. Super easy. Amazingly luxurious.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed wah, wah! we enjoyed every minute. The home was impeccable, perfect location, and exceeded all our expectations. Make sure you take advantage of Dinnertainment by Javi. That was the cheery on the cake. Kevin, the property manager was priceless, he organized our golf cart delivery, our dinertainment experience, resevations at restaurants on North Beach, and was a total asset in introducing us to all the amazing features of the home. Can't wait to return.

Amazing stay at an amazing property. Communication with Dawn and Kevin was great from start to finish, and the family had an incredible time on the island. The location is on the far side of the island from the ferry, so renting a golf cart is highly recommended. We will definitely be back, and this will be our first choice of plants too stay at.
