In addition, a garden offers a retreat in summer. You can relax in the lounge and meet if necessary.
Our house is in an excellent location in terms of traffic. Both Lübeck Central Station and the A1 motorway are only a few minutes away. We are about 10 minutes away on foot from the old town of Lübeck

The house is perfectly located in walking distance to a beautiful city an canals. Every room was a room you would like to stay in and it had everything you needed. You had your own privacy even though we were five couples and children staying to celebrate my dads 70th birthday and the living room was perfect for all of us to be together. We also enjoyed the sun in the small backyard which was lovely.

Grundsätzlich sehr empfehlenswert.
Die Kommunikation nach dem Aufenthalt war nicht ganz so nett. In der Sache aber richtig.
Alles in allem können wir aber diese Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft entspricht Ihrer Beschreibung. Die Qualität ist gut und die Lage sehr zentral. Auch der Austausch mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und auf Augenhöhe.
Eine frühere Anreise war nach Absprache möglich und die Zimmer frisch gereinigt. Für Rückfragen oder örtliche Tipps ist der Vermieter gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte man sich auf einen spontanen Besuch des Vermieters einstellen bzw. würden wir das beim nächsten Mal direkt vorab absprechen. Eine reine Frauengruppe kann sich schon etwas daran stoßen, wenn plötzlich der Vermieter für einen Gastbesuch vor der Tür steht, auch wenn dieser Besuch nett gemeint ist. Darüber hinaus sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass nicht nur der Eingangsbereich (Schlüsselkasten) Kameraüberwacht ist (hier sind Schilder die darauf hinweisen) sondern auch der Aufgangsflur (hier sind keine Hinweisschilder mehr). Sicher sind wir uns nicht, wo noch Kameras gewesen sein könnten.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt, konnten die Annehmlichkeiten der Unterkunft und des dazugehörigen Gartens genießen. Für die Zukunft würden wir uns lediglich mehr Privatsphäre wünschen.

Die kleinen Küchen war ein Minuspunkt und die extra Toilette OHNE Waschbecken...ansonsten alles tippitoppi
