繁華街からは少し離れていますが、駐車場込みの料金でお得でした！
お風呂の排水が良くなくユニットバスの床に水が溜まっていました。

圧倒的にコスパが良い
大通りから近いですが思ったより静かで音は気になりにくいなという印象でした。
テレビ、エアコン、キッチン、アメニティ、等が揃っているので手ぶらでも利用可能でした。
周辺に飲食店が多く、近くの市場が夜の8時ぐらいまで空いているので、海鮮を買えたのが良かったです。
便座が氷みたいに冷たく、ウォシュレットも無いので気にする人は嫌かもです。
ユニットバスなので狭いのはこの価格なので仕方ないのかなと思いました。(むしろ十分かも)
設置されているwifiがガガンボぐらい貧弱で使えたものじゃなかったのが最大のマイナスポイントでした。

Small student-type flat within walking distance from the train station. Quiet neighbourhood so there’s nothing nearby, but likewise it was nice to have a whole flat and be undisturbed. It’s very old and thanks to the humid summer you can see the wear and tear but for this kind of price, I’m not going to complain. Has literally everything you could think to ask for, though.
Could have used a bit more of a clean and vacuum so that I wasn’t quite so aware of those who had gone before.
