房間內有洗衣機洗衣粉，大冰箱，價格實惠，地點好，乾淨，90分
1、床架有一點吱吱作響感覺不是非常穩 2、浴室只有淋浴設備喔

從路面電車河原町站走過來大概10~15分鐘，我是住在203房，所以要自己拿行李上來，內部設施滿完善，廁所跟浴室是分開的，浴室要將門關起來，只能站著幾乎沒空間，廁所到時比較大，而且床滿舒服也滿大的，提供電視可以看YOUTUBE，也有提供冰箱，而且有提供小廚房可以煮食，特別買了和牛回來吃，超棒的~
壞處是冷氣機滿髒的，因為我開了一會就發現有味道，然後才發現已經好久沒擦了；另外，由於沒有提供油，我是用超市的牛油代替，因為既然住這裡就是想自己煮，可惜設備沒有很多
