Super, gerne wieder!

Lage außergewöhnlich, super Aussicht, ideal zur Fahrt mit der Kusttram, guter Erreichbarkeit von Oostende, Zeebrugge und Brugge, netter Vermieter, gute Kommunikation, Kaution wie versprochen zeitlich zurücküberwiesen. Haus wird derzeit saniert, es wird an der anderen Seite begonnen. Keine Auswirkungen auf das Appartement.

Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen, Terrasse teilweise Bodenplatten locker, WC und Bad sind für 4 Personen gerade so OK für mehr Personen zu klein

Ich würde alleine wegen dem Balkon wieder hin.

Der Balkon ist riesig und eine grandiose Aussicht. Leider müssen Möbel immer aus einer Box rausgeholt werden ( wegen wind) Strand mit Standübergang direkt vor der Türe. Tramhaltestelle direkt vor der Türe ( Wohnung am Ortsrand) Check in und put total unkompliziert.

Balkonmöbel müssen immer nicht ganz komfortabel um aus der Box geholt werden. Schwimmbad nicht im Haus wie in der Beschreibung.

Magnifiek penthouse

Het ruimtelijk gevoel en de goede lichtinval in het appartement. Prachtig uitzicht, rustig gelegen. Gigantisch terras, moet magnifiek zijn in de zomer. We apprecieerden ook de aanwezigheid van kunstwerken, dit maakte het appartement nog gezelliger. Ondanks de vele ramen en de koude buiten, hadden we het binnen goed warm dankzij de vele radiatoren (die wel eens ontlucht moeten worden).

Jammer dat er geen kleine lampen aanwezig zijn in de slaapkamers. Het bleek ook niet mogelijk er te plaatsen want er zijn geen stopcontacten.

Super Unterkunft

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner...saubere Wohnung und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, direkt an den Dünen, die Tram-Haltestelle ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. City gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
