Spa Haven 17B Ocean View

The location was good, about a 10 min walk to shops. The staff (Sara at Bookings.com was excellent and the office premises were lovely and helpful), the pool was awesome and the view was beautiful.

The price was high for the space. The apartment was small, there was no oven or air-fryer; the timber blinds were very dusty, and there were no fly screens (explains the dust) so to have air in the room I had to open the doors and risk mosquitoes/midges which did not work too good for me. I used the shower in the spa bath, but the spa bath did not look hygienic enough to use. Overall, it needed a good dusting and thorough clean. I would still recommend the apartment if it had a better clean and price was lower.

Room was adequate, everything supplied for a short stay, Wi-Fi worked well.

Great location, easy to walk to everything you need in Airlie. Very clean. Great communication with the staff.

The bed was awesome..studio was nice ... Staff were miserable. Parking was terrible...Acces from parking ok if young and fit if you have any disabilities like arthritis etc.. not good...
