Obiekt zlokalizowany w dobrym miejscu, cisza i spokój, co dla wyjazdu z dziećmi ma znaczenie. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem. Naprzeciw budynku restauracja z świetną obsługą i dobrym jedzeniem. Własny parking, wewnątrz czysto, wyposażenie zgodne z oczekiwaniami.
Pechowo dla obiektu i oceny, która mogła być wyższa, na 7 dni pobytu aż 2 dni i 2 noce były bez ogrzewania. W zimie z dziećmi, w tym z niemowlakiem, zaważyło to na niższej ocenie . Mieszkaliśmy w 15 stopniach Celsjusza. Gospodarz zarządza apartamentem zdalnie. Pomagał tylko, gdy się naciskało, przerzucając winę na administratora budynku, który nie uzupełnił paliwa do ogrzewania. Finalnie, po powrocie, porozumieliśmy się w temacie rekompensaty finansowej za 2 doby i sprawa zakończyła się pozytywnie. W tym przypadku właściciel wykazał się zrozumieniem.

La casa mostrava lacune riguardanti la pulizia dell'appartamento. Odore di chiuso. Giardino poco curato e mancante di sedie e sdraio come in foto. Il proprietario è stato comprensivo ed ha risposto alle nostre lamentele in tempi utili.
