Good location
It was dirty, particularly the bathroom. Under things was dirty & around floor lamps. The bathroom smelled if mildew & tile needed to be cleaned. No coffee maker. TV remote didn’t have batteries. No instructions for washer or TV channel list. Kitchen old & beat up.
