A Perfect Gem in a Winter Sports Resort

A small hotel that was perfectly located to wander out and around Aprica after our arrival. The whole hotel is exceptionally well decorated and finished. The little unique touches such as the rooms having names rather than numbers, books about the resort in our room and the attention to eco friendly products and the hotel environment was very good. Our hosts were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superbly presented and of a delicious quality. Parking was close by in a new underground car park.

Loved the location, staff I can’t praise high enough. We were stuck and they helped us in our hour of need.

Easy, fabulous place, next to slopes.

Absolutely fabulous place. Recently refurbished, the room was very clean, modern and comfortable. It’s a stone throw away from the slopes and there are comfortable lockers for you to leave your skis. There’s parking just outside too at a small extra cost. Definitely recommend staying.

Good place near the lift

1. The location was great. Exactly on the main city street. It was around 5 minutes from the lift 2. The hotel provided a place for parking 3. It was the first room in Italy, with parket on the floor instead of marble :) 4. Wifi was good 5. There were a few batteries, which can be used for the wet closes :) 6. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel was pretty good, but we were lucking something warm to eat on breakfast. Some eggs with bacon will be great to have. There were only croissants with coffee and some sugary snacks. The price could be lower, but it seems it is high for all the hotels in the area :)

Exceptional

We loved the place, it was very clean! We liked the breakfast, with local ham and cheese. The owners and the restaurant staff were more than friendly. Excellent coffee, wine and burgers, everything fresh and nicely served. I also recommend skiing lessons with the owner who is a professional skier and a great teacher.

Great ski weekend

We had a really pleasant stay at B&B Penak for a long ski weekend. Fabrizio and his staff are extremely nice and helpful and gave us plenty of tips re. ski rentals, ski lessons (which you can easily and conveniently arrange with their help), and were very attentive with our needs. The rooms are spotless and very new, with nice views of the slopes and mountains. What we really loved about this B&B is that you really are less than 5 mins walk from the ski schools, lifts and rentals, and also has supermarkets and other local grocery stores literally 2 mins away. The breakfast was really nice and with lots of different options on offer. We also tried their Gourmet Burgers a couple of days and were really yummy, with different beef patty options, including prime Fassona beef. All in all, a fantastic stay, in a quiet and cosy B&B, perfect if you are looking for a chance to re-charge your batteries in charming village of Aprica. Very lastly, coming from England, we found Aprica quite easy to get to, as it’s just under two hours from Bergamo airport, and has plenty of slopes catering from beginners to expert skiers.

Clean, comfortable and warm with a nice welcome from the hosts.

The room was spacious and clean, with a beautifully tiled bathroom. There is a really nice bar on the premises. The welcome from the host was warm. There was a complimentary drink provided and this was appreciated.

The breakfast was frugal, with no cheeses or sliced meats on offer. Also, we were not offered a refill of tea or coffee.

Bene, ma non benissimo

Il punto forte la posizione vicino agli impianti, dal momento che il nostro scopo è stato fare lo sci notturno e il giorno seguente.. Ma privo di parcheggio sul posto , parcheggio più avanti a pagamento Camera pulita, essenziale. Adatta per una notte.

Colazione decisamente da migliorare! Scarsa mancava del tutto il salato e anche il dolce minimo sindacale in base al rapporto qualità prezzo

Buona posizione sia perché ubicato sulla via principale sia perché vicino agli impianti sciistici. Possibilità di parcheggio su strada (a pagamento) oppure nelle immediate vicinanze è disponibile un parcheggio sotterraneo (a pagamento)

Colazione assolutamente migliorabile. Pochissima scelta, niente salato. Mancata pulizia giornaliera della camera. Rapporto qualità prezzo elevato: ok per l’alta stagione ma non per i servizi erogati.

Schönes Bad, der Rest wirkt etwas steril

Die Gastgeber sind eher genervt als freundlich. Man hat nichts wirklich das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Frühstück bestand aus Fertigkuchen und lauter abgepackten Sachen. wirkt sehr lieblos. Verlangt außerdem 20 Euro Zuschlag bei Anreise nach 19 Uhr, das ist unprofessionell und wenig gastfreundlich.

Super Unterkunft für unseren Zwischenstopp

Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig. In der Nähe mehrere Restaurants. Parkplatz am Haus mit Reservierung vorhanden. Frühstück war gut. Personal sehr freundlich.

Leider war die Bar und das Restaurant geschlossen. Nachdem aber alles in der Nähe auch vorhanden ist, war es kein Problem.
