Everything is great. The location is very convenient and also on a quiet street too. The view is the best. It has everything you needed for your stay. The beds are comfortable. We love the spa. :)

Such a beautiful house! This was a perfect place to stay for us. We were within walking distance (or two minute drive) to cafes, surfing, beaches and shopping. I stayed with my wife our adult son and his girlfriend and 3 teenage daughters, everyone was thrilled. While me, my son and my daughter surfed the rest of the girls could walk and beach or shop or just sit back and relax in this awesome house. Can’t say enough about it. Our cousins live a thirty minute drive away and we hosted them fo dinner cooked in the massive kitchen with open layout for talking and enjoying company. Then drinks and sunset overlooking the ocean in the back deck and yard. The kids loved the hot tub! Thanks for letting us enjoy this property we would love the chance to return again!

The place was great and easy walk to Capitola Village. The views were incredible and saw whales our first day. Unfortunatly with COVID rules we were not able to use the hot tub, which was disappointing. The backyard landscape could use some TLC and water. But other than that the house was very comfortable and spacious.
