About this apartment rental
Magnificent new 2 room apartment of high standing of 37m2 air conditioned with a large terrace of 20 m2 offering a panoramic view of the sea for breathtaking sunsets over the Sanguinaires Islands.
The accommodation is located three hundred meters from the beach between Porticcio and Isolella. Many paradisiac beaches which have nothing to envy to the blue waters of the Caribbean are to be discovered in the region and a small beach accessible by foot is located 5 minutes from the residence.
The apartment which is located in a new high standing residence in Pietrosella by the sea is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190 and a magnificent terrace of 20 m2 .
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with separate freezer, three trays, a dishwasher, an oven, induction hobs and a hood. You also have a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, a juicer and all the accessories necessary for cooking.
the living room has a Rapido 140 x 190 sofa bed for two people. A flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray player is available. To cool the room or heat it depending on the season, air conditioning is installed in the living room.
In the bedroom, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with eight drawers allow you to easily store all your belongings for your vacation. To spend restful nights, a blackout electric blind and air conditioning are available in the room.
The bathroom has a large shower, a washing and drying machine, a towel dryer and a toilet.
The 20 m2 terrace offers a 180 degree sea view from the Isolella to Agosta. You will see the most beautiful sunsets in the region. For your comfort, you have a modular garden furniture in deckchairs. If you wish to cook on the terrace, a large plancha is available to you to enjoy delicious meals comfortably seated at the table in the armchairs.
The apartment is totally dedicated to you. We also have private outdoor parking.
To make your holiday easier, beds are made on arrival, towels and linens are included in the rental.
Corsica is the sea with heavenly colors. The first beach on a long list is a 5-minute walk from the residence. In addition, you are a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches on the south shore of Ajaccio: Isolella, Ruppione, Argent Beach, Verghia, Agosta and Porticcio to name only the main ones.
A Carrefour Express is a 2-minute drive to Isollela and other shops are nearby, whether in Agosta or Porticcio.
Restaurants and huts are also located a few minutes from the apartment. You will be spoiled for choice and we are happy to advise you.
We mainly come to Corsica either by plane or by ferry.
Ajaccio airport is 20 minutes away and the ferry terminal half an hour from the Residence.
Car rental companies are located at Ajaccio Airport and a private parking space is available at the foot of the apartment.

Location très bien située, vue mer exceptionnelle à 180 degrés sur les îles sanguinaires, Isolella et Ajaccio .
Couchers de soleil magnifiques !!
Appartement agréable, lumineux, une superbe terrasse spacieuse. Equipement très correcte, tout le nécessaire est à notre disposition, y compris une plancha sur la terrasse, génial !
Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre et aussi dans le lieu de vie, car nous avons eu bien chaud !
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Cathy et les renseignements donnés par Monsieur Meister ont été très explicites. La superbe plage de Stagnola est à 3 mn en voiture mais aussi une plage presque "privée" juste en face de la location, 7mn à pieds.
Enfin, des vacances très réussies, que du bonheur !!
A noter que cet appartement est tout neuf.
