Excellent apartment in great location.

This is one of the most exceptional properties I have stayed in and this was my second visit. Everything was of the highest quality including the many splendid works of art and ornaments. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were large and very comfortable. There were TVs in the living room and both bedrooms from which streaming services could be accessed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that would be needed. The whole apartment was pristine. It was high tech and included a steam room which was thoroughly enjoyed. A useful folder was provided which included information about the apartment and local amenities. The location was excellent. Private parking was conveniently provided. 5 minute walk to the centre of Perth, 3 minutes to the train station and 1 minute to the bus station. Lawrence was an excellent and helpful host. Looking forward to returning.

Stunning apartment.

Beautifully furnished, exceptional shower and great air bath. Extremely well equipped kitchen everything you could need and more, both bedrooms have dressing tables and hairdryer. This place is just lovely if you are visiting Perth and are thinking of self catering book here.

Perth perfection!

Exceptional property in a very charming city. The steam shower was incredible and the whole place oozed character thanks to homey touches, luxury fixtures, and original art. Easy access to all transportation modes, including walking around the city centre and to Kinnoul Hill.

Beautiful well equip apartment

This apartment totally exceeded our expectations, it is finished to the highest standard and I can honestly say was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. We were attending Scone Horse Trials so only really used it for beds and wished we could have spent more time in it. Lawrence the host was lovely and kept in touch via booking messages. Cannot rate this highly enough

A luxurious and peaceful home-away-from-home

The apartment is even more spacious and attractive than its photos. Not only is it very clean and comfortable, it is beautifully appointed throughout. The linens are of high quality. The kitchen and baths have absolutely everything we could have needed. The location was quite convenient for us, with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Sleeping was quiet and peaceful, and our host was attentive and charming. This was an A+ experience.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location 5 minutes walk from town and rail station

Everything! The apartment is very luxurious. Kitchen was fully kitted out including coffe machine with lots of pods, olive oil, salt, pepper, some tinned foods. Rooms are spacious with a TV in each bedroom. Shower room is amazing with a stream room as well.

Absolutely fabulous in every way.

The apartment was fabulous. The host met me to explain the entry and amenities. Easily contacted to ask any questions and extremely accommodating. The standard of the apartment was exceptional. The location was perfect for trains, buses, taxis and I would highly recommend.

The apartment was exceptional. Absolutely stunning inside and perfect location. One minute walk from bus station and 4-5 minutes from centre of town. Every room was superb, and what can you say about the Shower room / steam room area. Out of this world.

I did send a text to the host, to say we had absolutely zero to complain about. Nothing NOT to like about this place.

If I could rate this place an 11 out of 10 It would be deserving.

In all honestly this is by far the best apartment accommodation I have ever booked. The attention to detail, the specifications and fittings are second to none. No expense has been spared and the bathroom has a wow factor you need to see for yourself. Its location is handy to explore the small town centre by foot, or easy to reach by road to explore farther afield. If you are in Perth and don’t book here you are making a mistake.

Luxury & stylish living - home away from home!

The property is exceptional! It felt like we’d walked into a brand new apartment; everything was luxurious and the attention to detail is most notable. You’ll know exactly what I mean when you get there! The facilities are high-quality and the apartment is spacious; lovely entrance with stairs that take you up to the main living space. A highlight for me was the steam room & amazing shower room. Parking is great too - ignore the signs re ‘clamping’ as the property is linked to the Bathroom Company. Parking is handy and just a minute away from the apartment door.

Magnificent!

We come to Scotland often to visit family, and in the fifteen years we have been coming back, this is by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and has a wonderful spa that we enjoyed greatly. Lawrence, the host, is a great communicator, and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. The apartment is in a great location and is quiet. We also loved Perth! We hope to visit Perth again so that we can stay at the Barclay Apartment.

From the second you enter through the front door the apartment didn’t disappoint, the high standard of fixtures and fittings were throughout. From the high quality bed linens, super comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen to the incredible bathrooms, they are truly like nothing I have ever experienced even in 5 star hotels. The apartment is tastefully furnished with TVs in both bedrooms along with a great hairdryer.

Great nice and clean apartment near the center of Perth. Stylishly furnished and equipped with all comforts. The bathroom is of another level, what a luxury. Landlord is very attentive that everything is to your liking. I really recommend this location.

Great stay at the Barclay Apartment

The apartment was beautiful and the steam room and rain shower provided some extra luxury! The facilities within the apartment were excellent, everything from shower gel, hand-wash, washing tablets were provided, along with well stocked coffee pods, tea bags etc. Lawrence was in touch prior to, during and after our stay, which was great, although all the instructions provided covered everything. Wifi was great too! Great stay & would return.

Luxurious, could have spent the whole time chilling out in the apartment in one of their bathrobes!

The apartment was in excellent condition, in fact it looked as though we were the first people to stay in it! As well as the advertised spa bath we had a surprise when we found the separate shower room (I won't spoil the surprise for other visitors). Having a parking space was also a bonus and the proprietor let us keep the car there another few hours after check out which helped tremendously as we were not leaving until later in the day. Cannot rate it high enough and can't wait to return.

The only drawback was the noise from the street and the bus station, which is directly across the road, but that was not a fault of the apartment and should not put people off staying there.

Great bank Holiday weekend in Perth

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. All fixtures and fittings were of a high standard and the art work hanging on the walls were fabulous. Exceptional bathroom and spa shower room with plentiful luxury towels and soaps to match. Parking is next to flat and position of flat is a 3 minute walk into Perth City centre. If not driving, the flat is directly across the road from bus station. Area appears very quiet. Lawrence was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will return

A perfect stay in an immaculate, spotless, comfy, well equipped flat with amazing art.

We loved our stay in this 5*, welcoming, well equipped flat. Everything was immaculate and spotless and the bed was really comfy. The shower was amazing. Lawrence kept in contact and checked if we needed anything, which was much appreciated.

I would have preferred a kettle. I’m old school.
