The property is absolutely divine!!! A little home away from home. We loved being able to have the option of cooking for ourselves with the kitchenette. We had a private little outdoor area also and the pool was also a gorgeous place to hang out and relax at the end of a hot day exploring. The peace and quiet was delightful and so were the family pets.
Not a negative at all but worth mentioning, the shower was tiny and you absolutely need a car to access the property from Volterra.

Location just outside Volterra on the side of Tuscan hill was perfect. Great views from the terrace across 180degree hillside and upwards to the walled town
Good rooms and facilities in kitchen and bathrooms
A fabulous place to stop and soak the sunshine from the pool with views. Volterra is a great old town with fabulous views, history and good Tuscan food
Interesting drive down, you do need a car to get there and up to town.
