We got there early and were able to check in before we went to The Biltmore. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and updated. The beds were really comfortable. It was a girl trip and we had a wonderful visit.

A very nice hotel where we had some very relaxing days, room very comfortable, personal very good.
We had a small issue with room service, the salad did not have all the ingredients but solved rapidly by talking to bar staff.

Proximity to Biltmore House
High price. Breakfast NOT included. Bed pillows were horrible. Located next to the highway.
