    First and foremost, this is a pet friendly hotel. I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was kind, room service was fast, and the smart TVs were a nice touch. The suite featured a large garden tub and separate shower, which were excellent. The mountain and river views were beautiful, though some rooms also overlook the highway. For guests who are sensitive to environmental factors, rooms have carpeted floors except for the bathroom. I noticed some dust visible on the air vents, and the windows do not open. During my stay, I experienced some sensitivity related to dust and pet exposure, which improved after leaving the hotel. Travelers without sensitivities will likely have no concerns. Guests who prefer additional fresh air access may wish to consider balcony rooms if available. There was also a minor charge clarification at check in despite my prepaid reservation through Agoda, which the staff resolved promptly.
